Cefiro Help Plzzz

Hello

My perent's just brought me a a31 cefiro its got a Rb20e in it yup a dirty old SOHC six cyl it quite suprisingly go very good (gets off the clock pretty fast) any way i was wondering if it was possable to put a RB20De Dohc head on it with out too much fuss any help or suggestions would be sweet
