Ignition Problem

I got an error code of 'Ignition Coil', and so i checked the primary and secondary resistances of my 2 ignition coils, and the resistances of my plug wires. the values were:
secondary 2+3 - 14.2kohms
secondary 1+4 - 13.6kohms
the accepted values are supposed to be between 11.5 and 13.5 kohms.
are these values close enough? or should I replace the coil pack?
As for my primary resistances in the coils, i just kept getting 0 ohms, and the range is supposed to be .51-.61 ohms. is this normal?
and then i checked my plug wires, and got resistances of 2 to 3 kilo-ohms for each of them. the accepted value is '8 kilo-ohm maximum'.
are these too low? should i replace them?
thanks.
