how much to fix rust?

i have a 88 gt with t-tops, there are rust spots right were the windshield ends on the top corners. anybody have an idea of how much im in for?

i had exactly the same problem on my 86, nothing a little sandpaper and some bondo could fix, id say you could do it yourself and then have a shop paint it

that what i thought originally, but it looks pretty rotted. does the windshield has to be removed?

Really need pic of the areas to give a good estimate.

If I am going to fill a hole the ghetto way, I would use fiberglass, not bondo.

If you mean that the top of the A-pilar is rusted through, than i would be more worried about the safety in the event of a role over. It might not be as bad as i think, if it is though, you also have a pretty flimsy chassis.
