Scratched Rims

I bought rims for my new cavalier, however they were used and have some scratches on them. Few are petty deep. I was wondering if there is anything i can fill it with and touch up? also the caps for the rims are totally scratched...if i spray paint them is the paint going to be coming off with time?

i dont know if there is anything to fill them with i have aluminum rims that i worked all the dirt out of the pores so now they look like new but if you paint thed centers the paint is going to eventually flake away.
