I did the dumbest thing yesterday. ok me and my husband were at walmarts yesterday. as we go in the store Eric says he forgot something in the car and he would be right back. Well I thaught he said he forgot something at home he will be right back. As he is walking out the door I think he is gonna leave me, so I ran toward the door full speed to catch up with him and :eek: smack, the door was half closed and I did not realise it. I caught the door with my right arm and messed up the door. There was like 50 people who saw me hit that door. Eric went back and tried to fix the door, I was looking at the ground the whole time feeling like a retard. He looks at me laughing and says , Damn woman what did the door do to you? I felt like every one was laughing at me. I have never felt so stupid in my life. I looked at my arm and it had allready started to swell and bruse. By the time we got home my wrist was swollen to the size as my upper arm. I think I might have broke a bone or something. From my wrist to the tip of my pinkey has almost no feeling. The part that is swollen hurts pretty bad though. Guess I need to look before I leap next time huh. My man told me I could sue for the dammage to my arm, That people get rewarded for stupity everyday. He is such an ass sometimes.

Oh I dunno...I've heard about some pretty messed up things happening and people winning they're lawsuits. I would hope for the sake of our judicial system a case like that never even makes it to trial though.

^ yeah if you do, walmart is going to have video of what happened. I have seen people sue over stupid shit but this one is just a misfortune. if you do win, walmart will probably just have to pay for you doctor bills. Not much of anything else.

we've all had our moments, but I do feel your pain. I regularly fall off of my chair, walk into doors...I have had injuries from them...but its still funny when it happens...chin up, it'll get better...

i work at a car dealship that has glass doors and theres a window right next to the door that people ran into weekly untill we put a sign up!dont feel so bad, it happens.
