3.9L 4x4 5 speed manual
Dash lights are on all of the time none of the guages work.
I have tried another dash with the same results.
my friendly Dodge dealer wanted to replace the dash for $900
I bought a used one for $120
Could it be a bad body control modual?
What should I do?

sounds like it's not in the dash, more like the wireing.. say a gound ore short.. trace the wires and see what ya have there.
