I went down to the dealership to pick my mom's van up and I was walking into the service area and I was peeking over the chest high brick wall they have to the new arrivals and I see this really nice looking black 300C. From the front it looked completly normal except for the Bentley like grill. So I had to wait in line and I kept looking over at it and some really lucky kid goes and starts it up. This thing was really really loud!!! He then starts moving the car and I notice it's got some huge ass rims on it. At this point I had completly forgotten I was still in line and some dood behind me yelled at me to move forward and as I did I noticed something really funny about it. It has no roof. I was kinda really stunned. I'd never seen a 4 door convertible before let alone one of the best looking sedans around IMO.

I asked the guy behind the desk about it and he said they sent it to Cali to have it done. He also said it wasn't for sale the owner is keeping it for his private collection. I'm still in awe.

I saw a 300C limo in Scottsdale, Arizona (and got a picture) but that convertible is damn nice.

Holy shit...Almost. The one I saw didn't have the shaved door handles...and it prolly had less than 6 TV's in it. But other than that...

^^^ Its the same place where Toyota sends Solara's to become convertables. So it isnt exactly a customization shop, but the converables are not stock either...

No, they are still sold by Toyota, but they are sent out of house to be converted to a convertable. But they are still a real Toyota model.

I saw a Deville convertible in downtown Chicago. First, i thought i am dreaming but then i remember that there is one company in california that does that kinda work.
