Misfire or Timing Problem

My check engine light is on. When I start up the car it idles rough and has lost a lot of power. It also accelerates slowly. I think the timing may be off or a spark plug is not firing.

Unless your timing belts are so worn out, and they actually jumped time is highly doubtable. Check your plugs, wires if the plugs are good, coil pack if qires are good, then TPS.
