99 Durango High Speed Vibration

I Have A 1999 Durango 100,000 Miles Plus, Great Condition With The Exception Of A High Speed (75-80 Mph) Vibration. Put New Tires On It Still Vibrates. Has Anyone Had A Similiar Problem, And If So, How Did You Fix It.

perhaps you have a slightly bent rim. I had a similar problem and thats what it was. Hitting a curb or a major pot hole will do it!

I had the same prob in my first Durango. There is a problem with your transfer case (I think that was it). Is your truck a 4X4????? It is something to do with the transmission. Balancing tires, wheel alignments will not help, the problem will get worse and then you will have trans fluid leaking from the bottom of the truck.

Do recall wht the exact problem was & how much was it to get it fixed.
