electrical module

Please, where is the module that controls the power windows and the climate contr?. Is it the quad connector on the passenger side of the firewall? If it is, what part of it is bad and how do I replace it? Thanks. Note: If anyone else out there got stuck with a Car-Hop, rip-off hurricane damaged car, let me know.
