Tire Bump When Turning

I have a 90 XJ with 230,000. Recently replaced the passenger front ball joints and the track bar. Both worn out. After replacement had an alignment done. Not sure if I caused any unusual tire wear, because not all items replaced at the same time.
I had to tighten the track bar after replacement at the frame mount because it was causing a knock when turning. This seems to have fixed the knock (original thought it was the driver side ball joints).
My problem now is that if I make a hard right turn (wheels to the right) going forward or backward I feel a bump. Seems like it is coming from the left front wheel. Slight shake at highway speeds.
Is this a tire wear/balance problem? Steering damper? Something else?
Thanks.

Several things come to mind.
1. Worn CV joint in the front end.
2. Tire rubbing on something? My jeep will rub in hard right turns, too. There are (at least on mine) adjustable steering stoppers on the steering knuckles.
3. Worn components; tie rod ends, pitman arm, idler arm, or drag link?

Thanks for the info MagicRat. I forgot that when the ball joints were done on the other side they also replaced the cv joint. I could not get the wheel hub removed to do the job myself. I think the guy that did the job said something about the cv joint being seized (or something other than the hub)??? Sound right? Anyway, something was not letting me remove the hub with my pitiful supply of tools.
Okay, I admit it, I am a mechanical noob. I learn about this stuff when it breaks and I have to replace it.
I definitely have some worn bushings, etc. I take a closer look at all of it on Saturday.
