In an automotive forum ... someone has to ask ...
Who cares about your sister, What kind of vehicle was she driving?
J/K ... hope she's not hurt. Cars are hunks of metal and can be replaced ... people can't.

My sister's car:2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GT 4DR
Some girl tried making a left turn off of a side street but apparently failed to see my sister some how. But it was about 150 yards from the front of the police station. The cop said the gal that hit her tried to blame it on my sister. Direct quote from the officer(keep in mind he must have been in his mid-late 50s) to my sister "girlfriend over there is trying to blame this whole thing on you."LMFAO. Raz I sent them to your hotmail address. Thanks a lot for helpin me out buddy.

I forgot to mention possible replacement options/situations. The best thing that can happen is that I get used truck of my own.
1. I get a 96 F-150 Regular Cabs 4X4 with 5.8L or 97 F-150 Supercabs w/ Third door with 5.4L 4X4. Therefore my dad will keep his ride a 98 Buick LeSabre, my mom will keep her ride 04 Camry LE 3.0L Auto, My sister will get my car. This is the least likely as well.
2. My sister gets a new Prius everyone else keeps their ride.
3. My mom gets a Yukon or Tahoe my sister keeps mom's camry I keep my camry dad keep lesabre.
4. My mom or sister gets the new car, me and dad keep our rides.
Both truck and SUVs will also get a 2 horse stock trailer to be towed with.
The replacement will be used unless my sister gets a prius. I am hoping for the first one to be the plan of action but that won't happen most likely cause nothing that good ever happens w/o something worse happening to me. As much as I love the Camry I am just a truck kind of guy.

I'm confused ...
How does the car get replaced with that damage? There is not much there, from what I can see from the pics.

It's a Pontiac....
low build quality + minimal damage = totalled

Yeah, the damage does not appear to be a lot, surprised that it got totalled. But I guess getting a new car is a lot better than trying to repair this one.

the damge looks minimal, unless it wiped out the whole passenger side rear wheel. if it damaged the rear axle, thats where I could see alot of time and maintenance, if the rear drive needs to be totally replaced. but from the photos, it look slike that might not be the case, plus, since the photos are really really small. its ahrd to see the full detail.

The rear axle was completely bent. They adjuster was surprised it wasnt towed to the body shop. The replacement vehicle is probably going to be a 00-03 Yukon/Tahoe and a stock trailer. Pictures will be up as soon as the truck arrives at the barn. I will get pictures but not with our own trailer yet. That will be a month or two away since it costs 5k for a decent stock trailer.

lol, at first I thought you meant somebody actually hit your sister, but then when you said the car was totalled, I thought you meant someone ran her over, and I was DAMN, that must be one BIG sister!
Glad shes alright. Car accidents suck. Especially when the dumb "sista over there" tries to blame it all on you. thats what the dumb sista did to me. But it was too obviously her fault. Must be the same in this case.

Well mom went to look earlier this week nothin. But the local dealer called her they got a Z71 Tahoe. It may be here tonight. If it is I will get pictures and have them posted. The trailer order was cancelled because we are going to see if we can find something already on the Island since show season is coming and trailers are being sold and traded in.
