I am looking for any help on rebuilding a manual 5 speed Ford Ranger
Fords are one of the hardest to work on I know...been there done that but not this one....any help???

Fords are no more difficult than working on any other modern compact pick up truck.
Generally, newer vehicles and vehicles with more options (like A/C) and electronics, (like power windows and EFI ) are more difficult to work on than older and more simple vehicles.
Given this, generally the brand makes less of a difference than the actual vahicle at hand.
When you mean 'rebuild' are you looking to do a full restoration or just rebuld a particular component.
If you could tell us more about your expectations and the vehicle condition and equipment, we could help you more.
