Couple of questions if you would

My dads looking into getting me a slk most likely the slk350, so i was wondering if theres any way if i got a slk55 amg to limit the speed or acceleration of the car, being thats really the only point we dont see eye to eye on and im still a newer driver. also im 6'1 so would i be too tall to comfortably sit in the car? thanks for any suggestions you have.
