Tein Coilovers

I think most people recomend using the softest damping setting for the first 300-400 miles after installing adjustable shocks/struts. The guide for the Tein Coilovers I just got recomends using a setting more than half of the softest setting after installation. Should I just go ahead and set it to the softest setting?

set it to 5 the highest setting...th softest setting more like to blow the strut driving around town
