does anyone know about how much it is going to cost to put new balljoints and sway bars?on a 1995 talon.

I would call the dealer before you go buying any parts. I know there is a recall on the Eclipse lower ball joints and the dealer has to fix them for free. So you should check for a recall before you pay "out of pocket".
