1997 Z24 Daytime Running Lights

Hi, My wife's drl do not work-Light flashes on dash-I replaced all bulbs.
One high beam does not light up when I click on the bright lights--Bulb is good and there is power to the socket.
Where is the RELAY located?? I think that is it but I can't find it. Thanks for ALL your reply's!!! Steve

is it by chance the drivers side high beam that doesnt light up???? also in my 98 the relay is in the fuse box
