Door Lights Need Replacing

I have a '99 Malibu and just got the car. On the front doors, there are the red lights that are suppose to come on. Do they light up? Just curious if they do. If they do, then what fuse I need in order to replace them? Any suggestions is greatly appreciated. :)

If you are talking about the lights on the back of the inside of the door, they are just reflectors I believe and they do not light up.

They don't light up, just another short coming in the design of this car.
