DRL problem plus radio problem

1. ok, recently i have had problems where my interior lights dont turn off when the door on drivers side is closed as well as my radio doesnt turn off unless i turn it off manually "if i dont battery goes dead"

2. Both headlights function with light, but passenger head light is on dim drl setting while drivers side functions at full intensity. Also before when i used remote keys to unlock car or lock car my lights would flash but they dont. Horn works fine. Also the lights dont come on when in drive "select drive" unless i manually turn on the lights from the dash stick thing. It used to do that but doesnt anymore. At the same time as these problems "not related to radio thing" the service light came on and made 3 clikcing sounds. One day the service light went off and the head light functions returned to normal but then within 20min service light came back on and problems returned. I have a the haynes manual and it sugests the drl relay or cluster as the problem. But the cluster is expensive while drl is not. So i was going to just replace relay to see if this was the problem, but i dont know where it is. Can someone help me to figure out where drl is and also tell me what they think is wrong from the above listed problems.
