help with ticking noise. 05 yukon

there is a ticking noise when turning slowly. anyone had this problem or know what I can do to fix? thanks

could it be a CV joint?
I am sure that the dealer would like to fix this on an 05 model.

my 2004 yukon has a clicking noise during slow turns/ u-turns. the dealer changes the intermediate shaft but that did not stop the click. the mechanic at the dealer said the noise is normal--something about the bushings and the small splines shifting during body sway while turning. I wander if after market bushings would eliminate this annoying click on a $40,000 vehicle.
