Check your trans fluid for foaming, this means overfilled! did you change the spark plug boots? Check the condition of the connections at the battery and the ground straps, fule ilter, dirty injectors, faulty fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator.

Trac off light has to do with tranny. detecting slip i recently had a problem with my cav it is auto also the plug to my tranny was pulled out a little bit causing hard shifting and the trac off light to come on. it could be a sensor on you wheel hub that detects the slip or on your tranny
