Cheap power boost

Anyone know of any good ways to boost the ponies on my 98 305. I have a K&N Filter and Flowmaster exhuast which helps a lot but I'm short on any other ideas that will help make my engine scoot for about 60 dollars or under. Any thoughts?

I put in a chip on my 5.7 & it made a big dif.Mine is a stage 2 but I think you can get a stage 1 For 60 or 80 got to www.tbichips.com & they will hook you up!!
