Tank Straps on 92 SE

The other day i picked up a 92 SE and i'm now in the process of dropping the fuel tank, The bolt holding the one strap in its pretty well rounded off and i need a way to get the tank off without takeing the car to a shop, Any ideas on how i can get the strap off?
