The 2005 National Gathering Signup is OPEN!

Remember you MUST sign up and pay to come to this event.

Please log on to our signup area at
http://3snationalgathering.com/signup/
Use your 3si Username and password.
If it does not log on and makes the fields blank... it's a password or username problem. If you've recently changed your password, try an older password. Email Alan (his email is at the top of the page) with any other problems!

MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION ON THE "INSTRUCTIONS" PAGE BEFORE CONTINUING. WE HAVE STRICT PAYMENT DEADLINES THIS YEAR WHICH ARE ALL DETAILED ON THAT PAGE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDERSTANDING THE POLICIES AND MEETING THE DEADLINES.

You will be able to make changes to your registration at any time up to 7 days prior to the National Gathering.

We are being VERY strict with the payment deadlines this year (but we have also given some leeway with payment plans!). Signups not paid by the deadlines will be subject to automatic cancellations without prior notice. Please also note there will be extra charges for late reservations and a large extra charge for any on-site registration. These extra charges will go directly to the Organizers as payment for all the extra work and headaches that late signups cause. We have spent at least 20 hours per week for the 2 weeks prior to the NG in past years JUST doing the last-minute signups.

We are looking forward to seeing our old friends, and making new ones, at the 2005 National Gathering!

more details and discussion can be foudn in this thread on 3si.org http://www.3si.org/forum/showthread.php?t=257894

Any chance an moderator could stick this?

Next one should be east coast like southern NY or jersy, thats where all the people seem to be and its close enough for me to do in a few hours. Are any of the west coast people making the trek that far?

kind of OT but related.

there is also going to be the rocky mountain gathering (RMG) in colorado in june. this event is going to be a ton of fun and gives a good alternative to the national gathering (NG) for those on the west coast and areas around colorado that can't make the long drive to the NG but still want to come to a big 3/S event. if you are interested, go to www.co3s.org or www.3si.org and do a search for RMG or just follow this link:

http://www.3si.org/forum/showthread.php?t=238704

hope to see you there :)

Stop in the site to check out the prices and times for everything (different things have different prices) http://3snationalgathering.com/schedule.htm If I remember correctly, I paid $85 for me and my wife.

Their are people driving from TX, CA, FL and GA.

Virginia is just a short hop in comparison to some of their drives.
