00 Clunk when steering

Hello, I have a 2000 Sunfire, and whenever the wheel is turned left or right it makes a loud clunking noise. It isnt hitting anything. The noise gets much worse when someone heavier than me is driving. Any suggestions? I just had my EVAP Vent solonid replaced, but other than that the car's been great. Thanks!

Im still a bit confused why it happens mostly when ppl heavier than me drive (not if they're passengers) How much am I looking at for a new ball joint, do you remember?

I live in Ontario, no Belle Tire here, but Im having it looked at so I will let everyone know. Apparently Ball Joints are weight sensitive though Thank you!
