eTamiya.com problems

Hi - I usually read the model-making side of this place but also have an R/C car to muck about with. Here's the problem:

Has anyone else had problems with www.etamiya.com?

I ordered some Tamiya Hop-Ups for my Gravel Hound last November. They charged my credit card straight away then a few days later (very quick) only one out of three of my items arrived. I emailed them and they said that some of the items were out of stock and they would dispatch as soon as they became available.

WELL months passed (into January) with no sign of my stuff so I mailed them again, and again, which they finally responded to saying they'd look into it.

Weeks passed again, and although I email them most days there's no response at all.

Fortunately, although they've charged me for the undelivered goods, it wasn't much money so I won't go hungry, but I find their lack of response really disappointing.

Has this happened to any of you with this shop?

UPDATE: Last Friday eTamiya came through and told me dispatch dates. Crisis averted!
