Engine Disassembly

Curious??
How long does it take to disassemble and remove
heads from a GM 3.1 V6 engine in a Lumina sedan.
Just want to remove heads to have them tested
for warpage or cracks.

Any idea what it may cost to have heads just checked for
warpage or cracks.

It is probably a good 8 hour job I'd say (not sure exactly). It costed me $150 to have both of my heads planed, pressure tested, and washed.
