So I go to change the bulbs today on my 1000 LS Blazer..and noticed the torque screws are stripped very badly. Can the screws be taken out and replaced, or do I need a whole new unit..or can I adjust them another way?

If I'm not mistaken, the outside head of the adjuster is an inverted torx, so one of those sockets will work also.

Well, 1st off leave the torx screws alone, they are only for adjustment. If your adjustment isn't off you don't need to worry about them. To pull the headlights, inside the engine compartmen against the core support on each headlight you will see a plastic L shaped bracket, lift the brackets up and off. Remove headlight. (may have to pull grille out)

I know how to replace the bulbs by removing the bracket. Problem is the adjustment on them is no good too. Which is the reason I noticed they were stripped in the first place. Passangers side inverted screw is good..but both screws on the drivers side are badly stripped..so I don't know how to adjust it.
