Speedometer cable for 83 Renault Alliance

Hello, Ive searched high and low for a speedometer cable for this 83 renault alliance. Anyone have even a used one Id be interested in it.

Also if anyone knows of a cable from a different car that can be substituted Id appreciate the info.
