Water pump replacement

97 xj w/4.0L
Anything special I should be aware of before starting to replace the pump? I'm assuming it's the pump 'cause I see a leak at the pump just above the the lower hose (leaking from the weep hole??).
How long should the whole replacement take??

Nothing special...Just remember to tighten EVERYTHING once your finished...I forgot to tighten a bolt on the fan shroud and ended up nearly ruining the radiator in the process...took me about an hour with basic handtools...the pulley on the A/C compressor belt was a bit of a pain the old ass...other than that, just like any other water pump on a rear wheel drive...
