Whats wrong with your stock one? If its greased over... Get it turned.

Well my clutch is slipping maddddddd, so Im getting a shop to install a new one (which i still have to order), however my bro told me that I should replace the flywheel too and that if I get a light weight aftermarket one it would provide a noticable differance in acceleration is this true? Also the flywheel has 102K on it.

No... He is bullshitting you. The only thing a lighter flywheel is going to help is your rev in neutral. In each gear it is going to be the same as a stock flywheel because you are turning the same force. The flywheel isnt going to help anything!
Just take yours out and get it resurfaced!

yea just get yours resurfaced. as long as it isnt really bad you'll be fine. make sure that the place resurfacing it does the step height right. if you are getting a act pressure plate then the flywheel's step height should be cut to .612

a 2600 should be good. it might say the step height in the directions but probably not.
