Is it posible to fit a s2000 engine on a 92 prelude s?, if so what needs to be done?

Edit: Thats for 3rd gen tho.. Id think that most of that applies to the 4th too. While the 3rd and 4th gen are completely different cars, the reasons remain the same, as both are fwd. S2000's are rwd.. While its surely possible with enough money, I doubt it'd end up being worth it.
