which should i hook vtec up 2?

ok have a 91 dx with a d16y5 vtrec-e motor now ive read that i can do a si ecu from the 88-91 ed.an just get a msd rpm actdivation switch?or should i just wait an do the p28 ecu an obd1 obd0 coneversion harness?

I agree, and get the obd0 to obd1 jumper harness. It's about $100 but you'll think yourself when u see how much easier it makes wiring

vafc? i notice that when i was researching on a obd0 to obd1 harness.....wat exactly is that for...would that interfer with my hondata setup?

OBD1 harness makes it so u can run an OBD1 ECU...
But why did u get a VTEC-E engine?

Oh my fault... A VAFC, stands for VTEC Air flow controller... Pretty much like its name implies, it allows u to adjust your VTEC engagement point, and your air flow, and in turn your fuel... They should be profesionally installed and dyno tuned... Not sure how they work with Hondata...
