I got a 95 Jetta 2.0 4cyl. I added a flowmaster exhaust and intake to it which has helped with power but, somethin weird happens if I let the car idle for awhile. The engine will begin to bog out when I drive it. It'll just start jerkin when I hit 4th gear(around 40 mph). It doesn't happen all the time but alot in the summer. It rarely happens in the winter. Fuel injestors maybe? Weird? Any suggestions???

possibly the maf sensor... they go bad alot on older vw..
If you snap your throttle real quick and it kinda bogs or hesitates before the engine rpm increase then you should try cleaning your maf sensor. ALso the oil thats on aftermarket filters (k/n) usually coats the maf sensor and causes it to read slower.
