Hey, I have a red 95 civic coupe, being painted s2000 red with blue pearl, and right now it has black window tint on the back windows...i think it looks like crap now, so i'm wondering a few things
1) SHould I got tintless?
2) Should I tint the front windows black?
3) Should I get Red window tint on all windows?
4) SHould I get mirrored window tint on all windows?
5) SHould I get Blue Window tint on all windows (to accent the blue pearl?)
I'll set up a poll..thanks for the input, and i'll post pics of my car as soon as it gets out of the body shop (should be thursday!!!!!)
I screwed up the poll and didn't put blue window tint on it, let me know by positng, thanks guys!!!!

IMO I hate the colored tint (red yellow etc) and I'm not too fond of the mirrored tint. I think for a red car you should tint the windows black. Unless you want to remain tintless. Thats just my two cents.

I fixed the poll for ya...
Red would be nice... different ya know. Blue and mirror tint won't work w/ your car's color. Ehhh... maybe the mirror tint can work but, I hear it's illegal or something because of the glare thingie-thing...
I dunno it's your car... it's your call.
Black is classic! :)

the black tint looks real good on red. I know, I have it. Anyways, I wouldn't go tintless, not on such a visually modded car. I havn't seen the colored tints too often, so I don't know if they will look good or not. Can't go wrong with black though. If you want to experiment, go red, but its safer to go black cuz you KNOW it'll look aight.

You've got the whole range of opinions here...
:D
My opinion is dark tint cheapens the look of modded cars... and in Canada tint isnt really a necessity.. hahaha (nor in Connecticut!! haha)
The colored and mirrired tint- same thing...... I love modded cars w no tint... my $.02!!!
But regardless..
Yes.. do what u like!! What we think isnt that important.. :)

i think no tint only looks good on white or black. if i were you id go black or red. i personally think red would be tite cuz you'd be orginal. everybody and their brother has black tint but ive only seen one car with a color tint...EVER and it looked reallly nice. (it was blue on a blue car)

Limo black or light/med tint looks good. The colored tint is :gay: How about some sparkle tint?:iceslolan
There are some vinyl graffix & tint shops that can do some crazy shit with images using colored tint/see threw graffix like you see on Bus windows or vans, something like that

Depends on the car & how many windows
$75-$400&up
5 windows on civic cpe should run $125-$175 retail :: $100 wholesale ?? thats a guess

there not given any help. this thread was almost a year and a half old. like i have said before 70% of the people here are not here in 3 months. i remember when this guy posted this before he even got his kit and his car painted, his car has been painted for a year and that is about the last time he posted also.
mods should close this thread, but since none of the mods in the honda section are active anymore it dont matter. see not even the mods are here anymore. such as silverbolt in the bodykit section he doesnt post here anymore and only posts on www.purehonda.com so i think it is time for new mod positions to be given out in the Honda/Acura section.
