Indicators 1999 Caravan

Has anyone had trouble with the indicators. My right front is not working. The power feed to the lamp for the indicator is dead when engaged. I think I have to lower the power distribution block under the driver side dash to get to the wire feed.

Has anyone done this before or should I try replacing the Daytime running light/Flasher unit first? Any help please!
