I couldn't find red line additive so I got B-12 in the metal can. Will this work as good as red line?

I'm not sure about the B-12, but you can find Red Line at Advance Auto Parts, Autozone, or get online through Summit Racing or Jegs. Go to redlineoil.com and do a search for dealers in your area.

just so you know most fuel additives put deposits on valves and sparkplugs. fuel from the pump already has all the additives your engine needs.
