1969 Buick Skylark Convertible

I Know someone who is selling a 1969 Buick Skylark Convertible. I don't know too much about them but I am interested in buying it. From what I've seen online they seem to be going for less than 2K in the condition this one is in, needs a little body and paint as well as upholstery. Does this sound about right?
