Alarm doesn't beep?!?

I'm not exactly sure what happened, but normally when i lock my car the alarm beeps after it is locked. Though now it works fine execpt it just doesn't beep. Its not that big of a deal but i'd like to know how to get it back to the way it was. Help if ya can. THANKS.

That usually means something isn't closed tight... trunk, hood, or one of the doors. Check them all out, maybe a passanger was in the back seat a week ago and didn't close the door all the way, or maybe you left a wrench under the hood at the last oil change. If it doesn't beep, something isn't closed all the way, or the car thinks it's not.
