I have a 97 non-vtec integra, and I was thinking about putting new cams (crower 402), valve kit, fuel pressure regulater ,and at some point a hondata system to tune it all. How much HP do u think I will make from this set up?

I would go with something more agressive than the 402's I would look at the 62403's on the conservative side and maybe even the 62404's. I have the 62404's and they are nice, don't have any dyno numbers though.

how is the idle with those? and if u dont know the #'s can u tell the difference alot between those and stock? and how much will the hondata system improve apon the set up? do you have vtec or non vtec motor?

Non VTEC motor and you will notice the difference for sure. The hondata will help a good bit to fine tune the cams. The idle has a little lope but not too bad, I had to adjust the idle from 750 to almost 1,000 rpm.
