EG6 Steering wheel size

Does anyone know if the size of the JDM EG6 steering wheel is the same size as the USDM EH2's? My friend is looking for a new steering wheel for his VX, but he wants something that is smaller than the stock one. This will be on an (almost) full out drag car, meaning he will screw around on the streets sometimes but mostly it's just for the track; not a daily driver by any means. I'm just curious about the size because I saw it for $100, and would save him some cash. I'm sure it's not going to be that easy to find a cheap one, but never hurts to ask.
