Transmission Will Not Shift

Hello, I have 2003 infiti I35, recently i have hadmy my transmission replaced, now it shakes when car is starting move, and also it does not shift from 1st gearm looks like it is stuck there, also see blinking "DTE" in the speedometer display, please advice what could be the problem, and suggestions are highly appriciated,,

The tranny must have some warranty; job was NOT well done. Call that shop and take u car back there: ask first. Thay should take a look for free AND repair it free. If theyre not willing, ask if u should call NTHSA larry larson.
