EGR/Knock Sensor

I need to find out how to removal and replace the EGR Valve and the Knock Sensor on a 2000 Camry.
Or step to step directions on cleaning the EGR, can I clean it without removing the valve itself?

Ok, I got the EGR valve taken care of and everythings fine on that part. Now I just need info on the knock sensor. What am I looking for?

Knock sensors arent visible. Its below the air intake manifold. It looks like a bolt with a plastic connector on the end with one or two wires. Its screwed into the block.
