Power lock problem

I have 98 taurus. Right side front door power lock doesn't work (it works but seams like it doesn't have enough power to lock/unlock the doors). Can somebody tell me how to remove that power device (I tryed, but it is very deep inside of the doors). Thanks

Remove the door panel.

I removed door panel, but I can't take powerlock out

my buddy is having the same problem with his drivers door lock on his 99 ranger

im pretty sure the power locks can lock it but it wont unlock it
