I am having difficulties with my e-manage. The connection shows that its online, but everytime i try to update the main unit or export my timing and a/f maps to the main unit, either it says error or it sits there for 10 minutes and does absolutely nothing. If you have any idea what it could be, please let me know, thanks.

I did a search on 3si, these were the results, but I'm not sure they are 100% relevant (judging by quick glances) mostly look like wiring info, but perhaps they will help.
I don't have any knowledge regarding the emanage, but I can do more searching if those don't help.

yea, i searched 3si and it really didnt have what i was looking for. I also posted up there as well. A friend of mine told me to lower the baud rate that they communicate with each other. He said he had the same problem with his WRX and his UTEC communicating, then lowered the baud rate and it worked, so i'll give it a try tomorrow.

well, changing the baud rate didnt help any. But, something was brought to my attention, in which i will try it later on tonight. And hopefully this will help others who ever experience this problem in the future. I have my palm pilot software installed on my laptop, as i use a palm for my datalogger. Unfortunately, the hotsync manager likes to cling to the serial port which is used for the e-manage, so i was told i need to exit the hotsync manager before trying to connect to the main unit, and I'm pretty sure this is whats causing my problem, but i thought i would share this to everyone for future references.
