Transmission Question HELP PLEASE

My transmission is starting to go out on me in my 2001 GTP. I have found a local 1997 GTP with a fresh rebuilt tranny in it. My question is will it bolt right up to my car without any modifications? If not, what exactly would I need to get to make it work?
