I dropped my b18c1 in my gsr with my buddy, but when I put on my new coil overs about two weeks ago I thought that was more of a b***h. I suggest leaving that one up to the professonals. It might sound fun, challenging and a way to save a few dollars, but trust me, it's a dirty, knuckle smashing, headache. At least for me anyways.

if you cant figure it out by just looking at it you might as well just take it to a shop

it's really not that hard. I installed my coilovers myself and if your doing it for the first time, it will take about 4-5 hours with all the adjusting and everything. There is really only like 4-5 bolts to take off in the front and about 3-4 bolts in the back. Go to team-integra.net and go into their article section under projects and they have a full writeup on how to install springs and shocks. Its the same process of taking out bolts except you just take the entire spring shock assembly out and your replacing it with your coilovers. Take a look at that article and once you read it and look at your teg, you will see that its not that hard. The only hard part might be taking the bolts out. Some of them can be tight
