My 93 Villager with 140K makes clunking noises from the front end when going over rough roads etc.
Is this a bushing that is worn or maybe a strut or..................
Steering seems OK.
Any ideas?

It sound like from your question that you haven't changed the struts. If you have that many miles on your 93 I definitely recommend changing the struts. I just changed the struts on my 94 which has 130K miles. They were shot. I could push the piston all the way down with the palm of my hand easily. Don't know if you have ever done struts before but the struts on the Villager are very easy replace. 5 bolts, 2 clamps and they fall right out. The clunking is probably coming from the wheel droping down and extending the strut all the way out because it is worn out. Good luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
