There is a company that sells a Targa top coversion for 94+ Stangs do a internet search.

I believe www.mrbodykit.com or somewhere on the net they sell a kit to do that. I don't know of ne one I would trust to cut into the top of my stang, but I was thinking the site may have mentioned it.
