Price for a '75 Super BEETLE varies according to condition and area of the country.
A rust free Bug would be much cheaper in the west than in the East, where rust has really taken it's toll on them.
Also condition is the major factor when pricing one of these cars. Prices can be from a few hundred dollars (or less) up to $10,000 or more. No one can give you the value of the car without examining and driving it.
When it comes to restoration parts, deal with a quality supplier like WCM, as boschmann suggested, or www.wolfsburgwest.com (http://www.wolfsburgwest.com).
There are cheaper parts, rubber, etc. out there, but they won't be a bargain when they crumble away in 6 months and you'll have to replace them again.
